Canadian Girls in Training (CGIT) is a program developed for girls ages 12 - 17.  Girls and leaders participate in activities based on the needs and interests of the girls in keeping with the four elements of our purpose:

For 95 years, CGIT has meant friends; shared experiences, enthusiasms, understandings, emotions; a place to give as girls need to give, and to get much that girls need to get – a place to talk freely, without fear of censure or ridicule; an opportunity for girls to lose themselves in dedication to a cause and find themselves in practical creative effort.
