Fun and Easy Christmas Candles!
These candles are really easy to make and don’t require a lot of supplies…
Supplies for one candle are a candle of you favourite colour, two packages of ball-head pins, and assorted sequins. (One can also use small stickpins and coloured beads if you have them left over from other projects.)
Simply stick a pin through the sequin and press into a candle. Keep adding pins and sequins until you have enough on your candle to suit your taste. Some like a few sequins and some like lots of sequins. It is entirely up to each girls taste. These can be placed on a glass base, pretty plate or cardboard covered with tin foil. Put three of four candles together for an attractive arrangement.
Christmas Plates
Supplies: 8 or 10-inch size glass plates, (can be purchased at any department store), pretty Christmas fabric and fabric glue. Cut out the shape of your plate. Put glue on the back of the plate and carefully put fabric shape over the back of the plate and gently press fabric to plate. You may prefer to make your circle just a bit bigger than the plate and trim off the extra fabric when it is dry.
